Casa Monterrey Sells To Saratoga Capital

Saratoga Capital has bought Casa Monterrey in Huntington Beach for $60.2M, or $290k/unit.
The 208-unit apartment community at the corner of Warner Avenue and Edwards Street was owned by a local family for more than 40 years.
Casa Monterrey had undergone a more than $4.2M reno in the past nine years, GlobeSt reports.
Marcus & Millichap's Institutional Property Advisors division repped the seller and secured the buyer.
The apartment community was originally built in 1970. [GS]
