Finnish Company to Make Phone Booths in SoCal

The phone booth isn't dead, not at least according to Framery Acoustics CEO Ossi Paiji (it just doesn't quite look like the booths that Superman used to use). Framery, which is based in Helsinki, is in the site selection process to find a place in SoCal to manufacture phone booths closer to the American market. With the rise of open-plan office space, and their sometimes lack of sound privacy, Ossi tells us he anticipates increasing demand for the booths.
