The Saywitz Co Closes Two Lease Deals Valued At $1M
The Saywitz Co, a SoCal regional brokerage firm with offices in Newport Beach and San Diego, has completed two lease deals valued at a total of $1M.
Poppy Me signed a 49-month lease renewal valued at $400k for 5k SF at Koll Airport Industrial Complex at 17881 Sky Park Circle in Irvine. Poppy Me is a full-service, merchandising efficiency firm that provides strategic planning, budget analysis, systems project management and digital asset management. Saywitz Co SVP Robert Ritschel repped Poppy Me, and BriAnne Garza repped The Koll Co.
Ephesoft, a software development firm, renewed its lease and expanded its HQ space at Plaza Pointe office complex at 23041 Avenida de la Carlota in Laguna Hills. The five-year lease for nearly 5,800 SF is valued at about $600k. The company, which creates intelligent document software to extract critical information from physical and electronic files, ranked 40th on Inc Magazine’s list of the 500 fastest-growing private companies. Saywitz Co SVP Andrew Herron repped Ephesoft, while The Cotton Co director of leasing Emma Werlin repped Plaza Pointe Partners.
