Projects Passco is known for: Puente Hills Mall. The company purchased the property in 2003 and sold it in 2005, in the largest TIC transaction in the industry at that time. It’is still one of the top five transactions in the TIC industry. Also, the Promenade at Howard Hughes. Located off the 405 freeway at Sepulveda, it's a lifestyle center Passco converted to an entertainment center.
