The Village At Orange Changes Hands
It may have undergone a recent reno, but now it looks as if The Village at Orange is under new management.
Its landlord, Vestar, just sold the 45-year-old mall.
Employees confirmed the sale, although Vestar has yet to comment, the Orange County Register reports.
The 855,728 SF mall's façade got a makeover last year.
Some new stores and restaurants have been added, including Buffalo Wild Wings, Noodles & Co, Home Goods and Ulta Beauty.
Walmart and JCPenney are two of the mall's anchors.
Vestar bought the mall two years ago. [OCR]
