Building Begins On $100M Senior Housing In Laguna Niguel
A groundbreaking was recently held for a new senior housing community, Crestavilla, in Laguna Niguel.
Bernards is building the $100M development at 30111 Niguel Road, designed by Santa Ana's William Hezmalhalch Architects.
The 211,387 SF Crestavilla is on an 11-acre site, according to Multi-Housing News.
It will offer resort-style living with services that are offered at a five-star hotel.
Residents will be able to participate in outdoor activities "such as long strolls and social gatherings," which will allow active seniors to have "many of the features they seek in a residential living community," says Bernards executive director of project development Jocelyn Topolski.
There will be 112 independent living units, 36 memory care beds and 72 assisted living units.
Crestavilla is expected to be completed next year. [MHN]
