| Hopefully it didn't take four seasons to complete. But Colliers International's Evan Zweben represented Four Seasons Financial Group's 8,000 SF lease at Marlton Executive Offices in Marlton. This is actually an expansion for the insurance company HQ. |

| The Colliers Southern NJ office also is helping New Jersey men from going bald. Sort of. The office helped ink a 3,500 SF renewal for the Hair Club for Men at 2 Greentree Center (above). Other noted deals from the office include the $835k sale of 1103 North Kings Highway, a 16,500 SF MOB leased to Cooper Health Systems, and a 6,000 SF renewa l for Lab Corp at 500 Grove St. |
