GOING THE DISTANCE
December 8, 2011
If at first you don't succeed, try, try again. Endurance Real Estate Group's Benjamin Cohen has. And this time, he acquired two flex properties. Benjamin tells us that his recent purchase of Drew Court (a two warehouse/flex office complex, 147k SF property in King of Prussia that is fully leased to such tenants as Pinnacle Textile and Shingle Belting) was something he's had his eye on for awhile. âThis is an asset we attempted to buy several years back,â he says. âDrew Court is a high-quality property with a multi-tenanted balance lease rollover in a premier location.â Endurance purchased the complex for $9.2M, or nearly $63/SF, from Ajax Drew Court Investors. CB Richard Ellis' Michael Hines, Robert Fahey, and Michael Blunt represented the seller. |
