| Speaking of Binswanger, the firm just helped Spring Mill Corporate Center lease up nearly 150k SF in recent months, including a 41k SF lease with David's Bridal and a 26k lease with Norman Spencer McKernan. The four-story flex office building in Conshohocken is a historic renovation of a former manufacturing facility. Binswanger SVPScott Gabrielsen brokered the deals for the landlord, Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates. |
