Harkins Builders Displays Military Might

Harkins Builders business development manager Paul Kraunelis tells us that the firm is finishing work on a $30M joint armed forces reserve center for the Delaware National Guard in New Castle, Del. The LEED Gold building is blast resistant and has an operations center that will serve as command and control during a regional emergency. Harkins has built reserve centers recently at Ft.
