| Alexandria Real Estate Equities has put two of its MOBs up for sale here: a nearly 60k SF HQ/lab for Morphotek Inc at Pickering Creek Industrial Park in Exton, which also is expanding with an $80M pilot plant across the street, and an 111,400 SF life science lab, plant and office for Animas Corp at 200 Lawrence Dr in West Chester. Pasedena-based Alexandria, which specializes in life science MOBs, has tapped Jones Lang LaSalle's Jerry Kranzel, Douglas Rodio, and James Galbally to market the portfolio. |
