| We spoke with CapLease CEO Paul McDowell, who's celebrating a renewal as well. Last week, it announced a five-year deal for the mammoth, 1M SF Nestlé distribution center in Breinigsville (we now know where to go when the world ends). The $4.40/SF rates will increase 3% per year. "This area of the Lehigh Valley is a very vibrant distribution market," Paul tells us. "And it's become even more vibrant in the past two or three years, as the economy has begun to recover. We're extremely bullish on the area." |
