As high-quality, well-located opportunities continue to come to market, expect a strong response from a growing depth and breadth of investors, Cushman & Wakefield’s Brian Whitmer notes. Recently Brian and colleagues Karen Iman and Andrew Merin repped the institutional seller of the 884-unit Echelon Glen Apartments in Voorhees, and procured the buyers, Candlebrook Properties and Angelo, Gordon & Co, who paid $83M for the massive property. |
