Also ahead of the storm, but not by much, Home Properties broke ground on the 385-unit Courts at Spring Mill Station in Conshohocken. Incorporated into the design is an unusual feature: an 18th-century structure, Miller’s House at Spring Mill, which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places (no word on whether George Washington ever slept there). The 1770s structure is being renovated for use as retail or offices here in the 21st century. |
