Post Brothers Make Waves In University City
Post Brothers' transformation of the historic Garden Court Plaza Apartments is making waves in University City, Philly's main educational nucleus and home to Drexel, the University of Pennsylvania, University of the Sciences and several renowned health institutions.
But Post Brothers CEO Mike Pestronk and president Matt Pestronk are all-in on spurring a new generation of U City living, earmarking $250M for investment in the neighborhood alone.
Garden Court Plaza—already flush with historic features and an art deco design—will soon feature a revitalized lobby. Post Brothers is also planning a revamped rooftop garden, refinished hardwood floors and pet-friendly amenities.
