ULI Forecast: Renting as Robust as Ever

Snapped at ULI Philadelphia's annual Real Estate Forecast recently: Duke Realty SVP Jeff Palmquist; keynote speaker Mitch Roschelle, Real Estate Business Advisory Services at PricewaterhouseCoopers; and Southern Land Co director of multifamily development Dustin Downey.
