300 Four Falls In Conshohocken Trades For $98M

Maguire Hayden acquired the 297k SF 300 Four Falls in West Conshohocken for $98.4M. The seller, a TIC structure, had owned the building for about 10 years, buying in 2006 for $100M, a record figure on a square foot basis at the time, according to the Philadelphia Business Journal.
The property dates from 2003, and one of its largest tenants, the Judge Group, will be leaving 37k SF later in 2016. Newmark Grubb Knight Frank's Mike Margolis, Taylor King, Dave Dolan and Brett Segal arranged the sale. [PBJ]
