And while we're on 3rd Street, we'll head over to 6th and Walnut where Rubenstein Partners has announced the purchase of the Penn Mutual Towers through a partnership. The three buildings total 850k SF and will be renovated and modernized with upgraded lobbies. NGKF is the executive leasing agent for the property, which will have just under 200k SF of available space. Tech Week fact: Penn Mutual Towers sits across from the Curtis Building, where Brand.com relocated from West Chester last year and is aggressively recruiting talent. (It also overlooks the original Indy Hall—the one in which a group of nerds founded a startup country that has since acquired strategic geographic capital to expand from 13 to 50 states.)
