Center City Tenants Trading Up
In the City Center office market, tenants are busy trading up, another factor in driving leasing velocity. Recently national law firm Wilson Elser inked a 10-year, 14.6k SF lease to relocate its Philadelphia office to 2005 West Market St. Savills Studley EVP Greg Soffian (on the right, with colleagues Joe Learner and Robert Sevim in Australia, during the company's annual trip for top producers) tells us the move will relocate the firm into a newer and upgraded Class-A building, where it will occupy an entire floor in more efficient space that offers better amenities. Greg, along with colleague Chris Tarzon, repped the firm in the deal; landlord Brandywine Realty Trust repped itself.
