Cigna Inks Renewal at Two Liberty Place Till '27

Cigna Corp re-upped for 332k SF of office space at Two Liberty Place in Center City for 12 years, prompting owner Parkway Properties to mull a sale. As part of the deal, Cigna reduces its space; the company had 450k SF under the former lease. Even so, under the new lease, Cigna will occupy 34% of the building through late 2027, the Philadelphia Business Journal reports. The building is now about 90% occupied, and with the question of Cigna staying or going settled, Orlando-based Parkway might entertain offers for the property. [PBJ]
