Cohen Equities Purchases King of Prussia Office Building At Auction
A 165k SF office building in King of Prussia has been sold at auction to New York-based Cohen Equities.
The four-story building, called Oak Hill Plaza, reportedly sold for over $16.3M, after being held by special servicer JNR for quite some time. The parcel is 70% occupied, according to the Philadelphia Business Journal.
The office building sits just up the block from the King of Prussia Mall, around which a small burst of development is centered. Just across from Oak Hill Plaza, a 130-acre mixed-use community called Village at Valley Forge is in development. [PBJ]
