Healthcare Tech Firm Inks Suburban Deal
Healthcare-related companies are hot for the Philadelphia suburbs. Recently MRO Corp, which specializes in providing tech to secure healthcare information, inked a 38k SF lease at 1000 Madison Ave in Lower Providence. The company wanted a facility with room for expansion, but it also wanted easy access to the region, Keystone Property Group partner Richard Gottlieb tells us. “The office at 1000 Madison was able to provide ample growth opportunities as well as first-floor space, significant parking and a loading dock for deliveries,” he says. Keystone is the landlord.
The deal brings the property, which is in the Valley Forge Corporate Center (fronting Tooper Road) about 17 miles northwest of Philadelphia, to 100% occupied. Newmark Grubb Knight Frank's Jim Dugan and Patrick Nowlan repped Keystone, along with Keystone director of leasing Richard Jones. Waldron Commercial Realty Advisors' Peter Greenhalgh repped MRO.
