The Northeast's Biggest Shooting Range Coming to Bucks County
It's an unusual use for a commercial property: Larry Sfinas of Guardian Academy and Indoor Range recently acquired an 8,750 SF building on 2 acres at 1528 Campus Dr in the Warwick Business Campus in Bucks County. The plan is to expand the building into a 20k SF, 22-lane indoor gun range and retail store. "I've never worked with someone so committed to a project as Larry," NAI Mertz SVP Jeff Licht tells us. He brokered the sale along with VP Adam Lashner.
The facility will be the largest indoor range in the Northeast, according to the buyer. It will include a 3,500 SF shoot house, 360-degree computer-generated simulation training, and a 50-person banquet hall for corporate events or private parties. (Please remove firearm before attempting the limbo.) Chris Sfinas, an NRA-certified Army-qualified sniper, will lead the staff at Guardian Academy, which will provide full tactical training for law enforcement and combat military, as well as personal civilian tactical training.
