Collaborative Space Comes to Student Housing
Campus Apartments VP of development Warren Burke tells us that student housing needs to incorporate social and study spaces to foster collaboration. (It sounds a little like that creative office space they’ll be using in a few years.) “These types of facilities add a tremendous value to a university,” he says. Philly-based Campus Apartments recently completed the second phase of a development project to upgrade all of Shippensburg U's on-campus residences. The second phase includes three new residences on the south side of campus that will accommodate 922 students with semi-suite and full-suite floor plans.
