City, Developers Publish Comprehensive Downtown Report

Snapped recently at the McKinley Club in Downtown: City of Phoenix community & economic development director Christine Mackay talking about a new comprehensive map/report for the Downtown Phoenix CBD, released in conjunction with major downtown developers (Deco Communities, Alliance Residential, Baron Properties). The report is full o' facts, such as there are nine multifamily projects under construction Downtown, totaling 1,073 units with 130 units designated as affordable. The report is downloadable here.
