Conor Commercial Real Estate just put up a two-building spec industrial project totaling 225,600 SF. Twenty miles outside of downtown Phoenix, the AZ|60 project sits a mile from Route 60 and three miles from the Loop 101. It was built to meet Gilbert’s growing demand for industrial space.
