New WireMasters Distribution Center Going Up In Mesa
WireMasters is expanding into a brand-new distribution center in Mesa. Slated for completion in 2017, the project is going up under general contractor LGE Design Build. The new 33k SF center at 1748 North Higley Road will include two truck docks and four drive-in bays. Wiremasters currently occupies a building that is roughly one-third of the new project’s size.
“WireMasters continues to grow, and we are eager to establish more permanent roots in Mesa,” says WireMasters family ownership group member Brent Hill.
The new distribution center will bring WireMasters, which established itself in Mesa four years ago, closer to the Falcon Field Airport. The company distributes wire, cable and electrical components used in airplanes, helicopters, unmanned aircraft, aviation wire, ships, missiles, bombs and military ground vehicles. WireMasters largely serves the military, aerospace and defense industries. A family-owned business, it spans four locations across the US that employ 170 employees.
