SunCap Developing 63-Acre Business Park To Meet Gilbert Industrial Demand
The first of 10 buildings in SunCap Property Group’s Gilbert Spectrum Business Park is underway. This building is 60k SF, and SunCap is planning to put up a total of 800k SF across the 63-acre park, which sits at the corner of Elliot and McQueen in Gilbert. Individual buildings will be as large as 200k SF.
"Gilbert is delighted to be a partner with SunCap Property Group and the design-build team on this important development,” Gilbert Economic Development director Dan Henderson tells Bisnow. “The commercial office square footage added by Gilbert Spectrum Business Park provides the increased inventory necessary for Gilbert to compete in the marketplace while enhancing the community’s long-term growth and stability.”
The state-of-the-art office, flex-industrial and technology-related space was designed by Balmer Architecture Group and is going up under the supervision of Graycor Construction Co. The first of many buildings, it is in the first stages of vertical development and will be delivered early next year.
