Chandler Viridian Poised to Benefit from Bioscience
Chandler is another tech and bioscience node in greater Phoenix. Hines recently started infrastructure work there on the 950k SF mixed-use Chandler Viridian. The location offers exposure with access to Chandler’s robust technology and biosciences industry clusters, notes Hines managing director and city leader Chris Anderson. "Installing the infrastructure is the first step while we design the office, hotel and retail components of the project," he explains.
The office building will feature 41k SF floor plates, high ceilings with energy-efficient glass to allow for natural light, and access to a three-story parking garage. CBRE is now leasing the office space for delivery in early '17. Hines also tapped Trademark Visual of Phoenix to design new Chandler Viridian monument signs, and the McGough Group and Service Direct Landscape to design the phased programming of site and landscaping improvements. Markham Contracting Co will install utilities and roads over the next six months. The infrastructure will be done by year's end.
