Bay Area Financial Services Company To Occupy 300K SF Build-To-Suit In Tempe
Freedom Financial Network inked a deal for a 300K SF build-to-suit at Rio2100, a 52-acre mixed-use development under construction at Loop 202 and Loop 101 in Tempe. The San Francisco-based financial services company, which has had a presence in the Phoenix area since 2008, will occupy two four-story buildings at the north end of the business park, within its second and third phases.
“Further development along Rio Salado Parkway demonstrates the continued strength of the Tempe submarket," CBRE’s Bryan Taute said. "With Freedom Financial now in the mix, tenant interest and activity will increase."
Completed in March, the first phase of Rio2100 offers a total of 100K SF and includes a two-story office building, supporting retail space, restaurants, multifamily housing, a Hilton Garden Inn and a Homewood Suites. Taute and Charlie von Arentschildt with CBRE’s Phoenix office repped the landlord, The Boyer Co. Freedom Financial was repped by JLL's Pat Williams and Gregg Walker.
