One Camelback To Be Apartments?
The 203k SF One Camelback office building at Central Avenue and Camelback Road in Phoenix might be redeveloped into a residential property. Currently, the 1985-vintage property is only about 56% occupied, with BMO Harris Bank as its anchor. The owner of the building is reportedly in discussions with PB Bell Cos about a conversion, the Phoenix Business Journal reports. No plans have been finalized, however. [PBJ]
