CA Investor Snaps Up Tualatin Apartments
Developer Mill Creek Residential sold Eddyline at Bridgeport, a 367-unit apartment community in Tualatin, to Sequoia Equities for an unspecified price. Mill Creek completed the property, which won LEED Silver, in 2015. It includes three residential buildings and about 22k SF of retail space, and is about a block from Bridgeport Village. The property is the region's largest green apartment complex, according to the Portland Business Journal.
"Eddyline at Bridgeport presented an opportunity to acquire a core suburban asset, with an urban flair, located just 15 minutes from Portland's CBD," says Sequoia general partner and director of acquisitions Pat Reilly. HFF facilitated the deal, and California-based Sequoia will manage the day-to-day operations of the property. [PBJ]
