Mill Creek Begins Pre-Leasing At Modera Pearl Apartments
Pre-leasing has kicked off at Modera Pearl, a 290-unit apartment development at 1481 NW 13th Ave. in the Pearl District, with first move-ins anticipated for July. The property, developed by Mill Creek Residential (formerly Trammell Crow Residential, based in Dallas), offers studio, one- and two-bedroom units, along with a number of penthouse units.
The Texas apartment developer is no stranger to the Portland market. Including Modera Pearl, Mill Creek has developed five apartment properties in the Portland area, totaling 938 units. The new property is along a TriMet bus line and is not far from the Portland Streetcar.
Pearl is still a growth area, according to Mill Creek Senior Managing Director Sam Rodriguez.
"We're helping meet the spiking demand for quality apartments in the area," he said.
