| And the gold medal for first completed transaction at Eastlake Professional Center under the Chula Vista medical/office complex's new ownership goes to: Cassidy Turley San Diego and CBRE. Innovative Dialysis Systems of La Jolla signed a 64-month lease for medical/office space at the 10-building condo development, purchased last year by Pathfinder Otay Holdings. Cassidy Turley's Phil Linton, Duncan Dodd, and Jeff Gilbert repped the owner, while CBRE's Michael Corbosiero repped the tenant. This rendering also took gold for most generic sign. |
