The old schoolhouse isn't what it used to be--it may even have a spit sink. Colliers International's Chris Ross and Paul Braun just sold a 100-year-old schoolhouse building in San Marcos that was converted to a dental buildingin the '90s.Chris, an MOB specialist,tells us the remodelwasn't overly challenging--just expensive. Thedeal demonstrates that quality commercial space with good parking and medical zoning are in high demand (and we bet patients don't have to walkfive miles in the snow to get to their appointments).
