Cassidy Turley San Diego sold a trio of properties on Banker?s Hill, including the historic Britt Scripps Inn built in 1887, for a new contemporary mixed-use development. The buyer is architect Graham Downes and BLOKHAUS Development, on behalf of MandarinHaus LP. The three parcels (2604 and 2642 Fifth Ave and 406 Maple St) also include the Mandarin House restaurant and the 13-unit Evergreen Apartments. According to Cassidy Turley's Danny Fitzgerald, who repped the buyer along with Michael Burton and Pasquale Ioele, the project aims to be ?a centerpiece for Banker?s Hill and for the celebration of the Balboa Park Centennial in 2015.? PerryCRE?s Bradford Perry and Lin Martin repped seller Hattersley Group.
