Way to Go, Joe!

Sunrise Management president Joe Greenblatt received the San Diego County Apartment Association's Industry Achievement Award at its Mark of Excellence Awards. Sunrise manages more than 12,000 units in California and the Southwest. But Joe's leadership doesn't end there, having recently been elected president of IREM (the national org, mind you). He's previously served as president of the San Diego chapter.
