College Students Going Development Head-to-Head for NAIOP
San Diego State University has something to prove as it defends its newly reacquired NAIOP University Challenge title at the fifth annual challenge April 23 at The Hall of Champions at 2131 Pan American Plaza. This year the challenge will pit SDSU against the usual contenders of the University of San Diego and UC San Diego to come up with creative and innovative commercial development plans derived by the student teams. SDSU last year took home the title for its The Flats Point Loma proposal, which looked to transform the USPS Midway Post Office into a mixed-use project of apartments, office, retail and repurposed shipping containers. Registration with our friends at NAIOP San Diego begins at 4pm. Click here for more info.
