Hospitality Comeback
It's taken a beating in recent years, but the market for moderate-priced hospitality has made a comeback. RLHC chief franchise officer Brian Quinn tells us that RLHC, which owns and franchises Red Lion, recently opened its second new Red Lion Inn & Suites in the Seattle market in as many months, in Federal Way. The property, at 1688 S 348th, has 90 rooms and is one of six Red Lion properties here. “Seattle has been a strong market for Red Lion for nearly 50 years now,” Brian says.
