Pebblebrook's Embassy Suites Reno Finishing Up
Pebblebrook Hotel Trust is nearing completion of a reno to its Embassy Suites in San Diego Bay. According to an SEC filing from the hotel REIT, Pebblebrook officials disclosed that the $1M reno of the 337-room suites hotel should be done by the end of the quarter. The company purchased Embassy Suites in Downtown in 2013 for $112.5M.
