Speaker Spotlight: Adam Robinson
RAF Pacifica principal Adam Robinson spoke at the 6th Annual SoCal Industrial Real Estate event in Los Angeles last month.
Focusing on San Diego County, the University of San Diego graduate told the audience some significant changes have come to the local commercial property space.
"We’re seeing shift in the workforce,” Adam tells Bisnow. He says unique amenities have grown in importance in the San Diego market as they attract talent and keep tenants happy.
"We’re building creative office buildings with state-of-the-art lighting, creative office work environments, and outdoor covered areas so that employees can enjoy both indoor and outdoor amenities while they work."
San Diego’s market is primed for the update in stock. Adam says vacancy is at an all-time low in part due to a lack of new construction since the market dip in '08.
Adam mentioned a project that will break ground in Q1 2017, entitled dis·trib·ute. He has six other such projects set to begin at different times over the next six months.
