Small Parcel Mixed-Use Coming To Carlsbad
Local developer Mike Donovan has purchased a single-family home at 2646 State St for $1.2M. That's a hefty sum for a house, but Mike bought it more for the quarter acre the structure sits upon. Colliers International's Joe Brady (here) tells us the developer plans to turn the site into a mixed-use project, perhaps a condo or apartment development with street-level retail. The site is going through the entitlement process now, Joe says.
