Richman Group Gets the Green Light
The company's F11 project is a 99-unit apartment complex with nearly 6k SF of street-level retail at the northern side of F Street between 11th Avenue and Park Boulevard. The project is expected to deliver in the spring of 2016. It helps that The Richman Group has pedigree: It's a subsidiary of The Richman Group Development Co, one of the largest multifamily developers in the US. That said, since establishing its California office a year ago, the firm already has two other projects underway: 345 Commonwealth Ave, a 95-unit senior housing project in Fullerton, and a 132-unit luxury apartment community in Cerritos.
