It's Tough to be a Life Sciences Landlord

The topic at hand: life sciences, which occupies a significant place in San Diego commercial real estate. On the whole, it’s a good time to have space suitable for leasing to life science companies, but as the industry evolves and its space needs grow more complex, it’s a taller order for landlords to fill.
