MIG Sells Golden Triangle Office
Internet security company iBoss Inc acquired 4110 Campus Point Ct for over $8M, or about $191/SF, Costar reports. The 42k SF building dates from 1992, and was delivered to the buyer in shell condition, except for common-area renovations done before the sale. CBRE’s Mike Hoeck and Christopher Pascale repped both the buyer and the seller, MIG Real Estate. MIG, formerly known as Stoneridge Capital Partners, acquired the property in an all-cash opportunistic play in 2010. The property is within the Golden Triangle section of La Jolla, home to such employers as UC San Diego, Qualcomm, Scripps, SAIC, Nissan, Pfizer and Eli Lilly.
Correction: Last edition, we inadvertently left out the fact that NAI San Diego participated in the NAIOP Thanksgiving Food Drive. We regret the error, because everyone involved did a bang-up job.
