Digital Marketing Agency Inks Long-Term Deal For IDEA1's Entire Office Component
Seer Interactive, a Philadelphia-based digital marketing agency, has signed an 89-month lease for the 7,717 SF office component at IDEA1, a new creative office space within a residential mixed-use project that is serving as a model for future projects in this neighborhood. A JV of Lowe Enterprises, I.D.E.A Partners and LaSalle Investment Management is developing this low-rise, mixed-use project under construction at 1200 F St. IDEA1 is the first project to rise in I.D.E.A. District, a 93-acre sustainable, live-work neighborhood turning the Upper East Village into a design-tech innovation hub.
Designed by the local office of The Miller Hull Partnership, IDEA1 provides 295 residential units, 7K SF of retail and a 12K SF courtyard called The Hub, a flexible, collaborative, gathering space designed to inspire and generate innovative ideas that also will host social and educational events. Occupying a full city block, this project mixes uses to encourage community engagement and interaction between occupants and the surrounding community.
“This was an incredible opportunity for a company to lease the sole office space offered by this innovative, unique, well-located project," Cushman & Wakefield San Diego Managing Director Derek Hulse said in a press release.
He said the project’s location on the ground floor at the intersection of Park Boulevard and Market Street offers incredible visibility and features 18-foot-high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling glass and a glass rollup door that opens into The Hub.
Hulse, along with C&W Director Philip Roberts, both downtown office specialists, represented the landlord. Steve Martini at Quality First Commercial represented the tenant.
Roberts said the convenient, amenity-rich location for both tenants and residents has more than 180 restaurants and bars and 15 bike stations within a half mile of the property.
