Inside Davlyn's Big Tech Leases
We got a little more info on that Turtle Beach lease from recent SEC filings. The San Diego company, which makes its popular branded gaming and audio headphones, recently inked a deal for 35k SF at Scripps Summit, a three-story, 135k SF office building at 12220 Scripps Summit Dr along with Intel, which leased 90k SF. In SEC filings, Turtle Beach revealed it drafted a five-year lease with the landlord, Davlyn Investments, and plans to consolidate its San Diego and Poway locations into the new space. “The initial base rent of $1M per year is subject to a 3% annual increase,” Turtle Beach officials state.
