SD Union Tribune Moving Downtown!

Placeholder

The San Diego Union Tribune is headed to Downtown San Diego. The firm inked a 15-year, 59k SF deal for Lincoln Property's 600 B St.

That means the paper's 350 reporters, editors and other staff will relocate out of Mission Valley under the new ownership of Tribune Publishing Group into the 24-story downtown tower.

The company is expected to move by May of next year. JLL's Richard Gonor and Bess Wakeman, as well as CBRE's Jeff Pion and Bill Bacon, brokered the transaction.
