Grocery Outlet in Imperial Beach
Sudberry Palm Avenue LLC has sold the Grocery Outlet parcel at 881 Palm Ave. in Imperial Beach for $7.15M to Tri Star Hotel Investments — a national hotel chain with properties in Arizona, Colorado, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine and Massachusetts.
Retail Insite and HFF represented the seller, and the buyer represented itself. Grocery Outlet is the anchor tenant for the Breakwater Town Center and other tenants in the center include Starbucks, Chipotle, Five Guys, Wing Stop, Baskin-Robbins, T-Mobile, Great Clips and Poke 1-2-3.
