Ziegenmeyer and Wong will serve as co-senior managing directors in the San Francisco office, which also will serve Silicon Valley. Jordan and Segal will be co-senior managing directors in Sacramento, which will serve the state capital and Central Valley region.
IRR has expanded into six other offices within the last 12 months, including Chicago, Puerto Rico, Austin, San Antonio, Houston and Dallas/Fort Worth.
SJZ was formed in 1975 and has since grown to one of the largest private commercial appraisal firms in Northern California. It most recently appraised the Bay Meadows Redevelopment for the City of San Mateo, which involved the redevelopment of approximately 52 acres proposed for 1,121 residential units, 85K SF of retail and 725K SF of office. The firm also appraised the redevelopment of the Hunters Point Shipyard (Phase 1) for the City of San Francisco, where the construction of 1,142 residential units is proposed.
